I make the greatest fajitas if I say myself.
I buy the boneless chicken breasts and I cut about 4 chicken breasts into strips. Before that, I chop some onion, clove of garlic really fine and put them in a pan with a little olive oil. Then I add the cut-up chicken and stir until the chicken is brown. I add seasonings like salt, pepper, lime juice, lime juice. I made my own salsa with roma tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, garlic, lime juice, cilantro. Lastly I add a can of mixed beans, I mash some of them, left some of them whole…. add a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic, little cilantro.
I buy the big flour tortilla’s and put the bean mixture and then a thin strip of chicken and little bit of salsa. Fold them like a big burrito…Mmmmm.
